SOUL CONGRUENCY RETREAT — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration includes the full Discovery Path prework, your Future Life Progression session, one pendulum-chosen clarity session, the Lion's Gate live gathering on August 8, a personal buddy, a gift box prepared just for you, four days of live-held container (August 15–18), and the live integration gathering on August 22.

Your registration does not include lodging, meals, transportation, travel insurance, or any other travel-related services. Your retreat setting is yours to choose, book, and pay for directly. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance and selecting refundable bookings wherever possible.

Cancellation & refunds:


Through August 1, 2026: Cancel any time for a full refund, minus a $333 non-refundable deposit.
After August 1, 2026: Your registration is non-refundable. It is fully transferable, at its paid value, to a future Mandala Whispers offering of your choice.


Payment plans: If you registered on a payment plan, all scheduled payments remain due according to your plan. Transfers to a future offering are available once your plan is complete.

Travel costs: Any travel, lodging, or related costs you incur are your own responsibility under all circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling. This is why we recommend travel insurance and refundable bookings.

To cancel or transfer: Email ziah@mandalalwhispers.com with your name and registration details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
